Washington Harbor District Alliance

Washington Harbor District Alliance, Inc. (WHDA) mission is to serve as a facilitator and catalyst to renew,
restore, rebuild, and revitalize the downtown business district, improve economic conditions, encourage tourism, and preserve historical buildings and their significance. WHDA is a 501(c)(3) corporation.

With the recent merger of DWOW, the Merchants Association and the Citizens for Revitalization Committee, an opportunity was presented to update the DWOW name to reflect our new position in the community.
